Products & Descriptions

We strive to describe and photograph every gemstone as accurately as possible. Because gemstones are natural, each stone is unique and colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Weights, measurements, and certifications are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any accompanying certificates. Custom or altered items may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
